Code of Conduct
No offensive language will be tolerated.
No aggressive behaviour will be tolerated.
Fighting will result in instant removal from the centre.
Our centre is here for the whole family to enjoy and respect should be afforded to everyone that frequents the centre.
No smoking is permitted in the centre or within 10 meters of an entry door.

Umpires
Without our umpires, the teams could not play their games, act respectfully towards umpires at all times. Abusive language is unacceptable. The umpires decisions are final.

Draws
When a team is registered in a competition, the players are committing to play all the games of that competition. We cannot allow teams to pick and choose which game slots they are available for as we need to keep the time distribution fair to all teams. Where there is an exceptional circumstance please see centre management to discuss.

Forfeits
While we understand that is some circumstances it may be necessary to forfeit your game, we require 48 hours notice to enable us to try to accommodate the other team so that they don’t miss out on their game. Less than 48 hours notice you will still be required to pay your game fee. If you forfeit on the day of the game and we are unable to hold a game for the other team you will be required to pay for the other teams game fee also. If you are short on players we may be able to help by having other players fill in for your team.

BYES
If a team is on a BYE it is their responsibility to check on the website or contact the centre to find out the game time for the following week.


Game payments
At the first game of the season the team must pay one game in advance (so first game payment will be two weeks worth of fees). This advance payment will be held for the duration of the competition and can be used as payment of your last game if no forfeits have been made in the competition. If a forfeit is made without 48 hours notice, this advance game fee will be used as that game payment.
Game payments must be paid in full at every game.

Insurance
Teams are required to pay a registration fee PER TEAM PER SEASON.  This will ensure that players playing for the team are covered by the Centers insurance.  Speak to management about details of the insurance policy
